Irish dance isn’t just for girls.
Trinity is proud to have a Men of Trinity program that offers special opportunities for boys to work together, focusing on technique and camaraderie. Throughout the year, boys workshops are offered featuring teachers such as Joe Smith (former Trinity Irish Dance Company lead dancer) and Liam Tighe (five time World titlist from Ireland). Province level boys also spend one of their two weekly classes working together. There’s even a special performance number that was choreographed just for our Men of Trinity.
Men of Trinity wouldn’t be complete without including the fabulous dads of our dancers, whose skills are often used to help assemble stages and parade floats. Sometimes we’re even treated to their genius barbeque skills!
